NHBPA Warranty

The Builder represents and warrants that it is a member in good standing of the Program. The Builder further warrants Program the Unit has warranty protection provided by the Program. Warranty protections offered by the Program will be under the New Home Buyer Protection Act (Alberta) (the “NHBPA”). The Builder confirms that the Program provides home warranty coverage, which provides a mandatory minimum of the following protections:

(a) One (1) year Workmanship and Program.
(b) Two (2) year Delivery and Distribution Systems.
